Due to the recent reoccurring spike in COVID-19 cases, we have implemented a curbside only service. Please understand that while we respect your time and do our very best to expedite the process our normal wait times have increased.We truly apologize if this causes any inconvenience but we MUST ensure the protection and safely of our entire team as well as of all our clients so we may continue to treat your pet. We stay dedicated to keeping our operations open, but we must continue adapt the ongoing changes to ensure ultimate safety.
We ask that all clients follow social distancing guidelines and remain in your cars and call us when you arrive. One of our veterinary assistants will get vital history and information over the phone as well as retrieve your pets when appropriate.
We will also only be able to accept debit/credit and or Care Credit in efforts to minimize any unnecessary contact. NO CASH Payments at this time.
In efforts to provide the best consideration possible, this policy is flexible and may be adjusted on a case-by-case basis.
